Advanced Pyrolysis Systems

Our custom-engineered pyrolysis reactors are optimized for high-yield fuel recovery with precision thermal control. We process end-of-life tyres and plastics into valuable oil, gas, and char—maximizing efficiency while minimizing environmental impact.


Resource Recovery & Self-Sufficiency

We use a multi-stage vapor recovery system, including cyclonic separation and a multiple-stage condensing system, to ensure efficient conversion of vapours into liquid fuels. Non-condensable gases are recirculated as energy sources, boosting system autonomy and sustainability.


Refinement & Product Integration

Our post-pyrolysis treatment technologies enhance fuel quality by removing sulphur, stabilizing viscosity, and eliminating contaminants—delivering clean-burning products ready for industrial use or further refining into Diesel.

Industrial Diesel Oil

PolySyn™ is Acutte Energies’ high-performance synthetic fuel, derived from our advanced pyrolysis process it is engineered as a direct alternative to conventional Industrial Diesel Oil. PolySyn™ delivers comparable combustion efficiency and energy output, while significantly lowering the carbon footprint.

Pyrolysis Oil

The Pyrolysis Oil from Acutte Energies is a versatile and sustainable feedstock that can be refined into valuable products producing key chemicals, such as phenols and aromatics and high-quality diesel. 


Char Residue

Recovered from our reactors it can be used as a raw material in pigment in rubber and plastic manufacturing—or processed into briquettes as a clean, solid fuel for rural, low-income household or commercial cooking and heating.

Syngas

Recovered from the non-condensable fraction, this gas can be used to power gas engines and burners. It offsets LPG or natural gas usage—reducing operational costs and environmental impact. Additionally, Syngas can be used to generate green hydrogen.
